- eine sehr schöne Ausstattung des Zimmers - alles sehr sauber - tolle Lage mitten in Bologna und nahe des Bahnhofs

- Unfreundlicher Kontakt via Whats App - Kein Flaschenöffner im Zimmer, mit dem man die Getränke in der Minibar öffnen hätte können - Es war sehr sehr kalt im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war eigentlich ausgeschalten, trotzdem war sie an und ich konnte sie nicht regulieren - Um mein Gepäck nach dem Check-Out aufzubewahren wurde mir empfohlen, es einfach am Empfang unter der Treppe stehen zu lassen. In dem ganzen Hotel habe ich keinen Angestellten gesehen, der mein Gepäck beaufsichtigen könnte. Grundsätzlich jeder hätte mein Gepäck entwenden können, wenn er den Code für die Eingangstüre kennt. Ich habe dann mein Gepäck extern abgegeben für 5 € - via Whats App wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass zusätzlich Schlüssel für die Türe in meinem Zimmer sind. Das stimmte nicht. Ich empfehlen die Beschreibung via whats App zu berichtigen.

The location is fantastic . The bathroom was nice and the ceiling art was interesting adding character. We also appreciated the cleaning lady helping us get checked into the room.

I expected the room to have a bit more decoration beyond the ceiling. The walls are extremely bare. Also since this is not a traditional hotel, customer service is not what you expect. We did not realize how important it is to notify this property about advance notice of arrival-it was not emphasized that nobody would be present.
