The location of the mini hotel is perfect, very close to the center and main attractions, on a quiet street. You can pay for accommodation with either a card or cash which is convenient. The family who owns and manages the property are the sweetest and most hospitable people on earth. They will help you with booking the tours, trying homemade wine and chacha, they will make your stay very comfortable and personalized. We really enjoyed our stay just because of how hospitable it was.

We stayed in Kutaisi for a couple of nights, and our hosts welcomed us warmly from the very beginning. Throughout our stay, they were exceptionally kind and helpful. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, with clean and tidy rooms. Our host also treated us to homemade local wine and chacha, which was a lovely touch. If you're planning a visit to Kutaisi, we wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Magnifique hôtel très charmant , chambre très propre et bien agencé. L'hôtel Giorgi une personne formidable toujours au besoins et de bon conseil pour nous . Il nous a même offert une spécialité géorgienne les thourtchkela. Hôtel très bien situé proche de tous .

Die Lage war super! Das Personal mega nett. Am Ende haben wir noch eine lokale Delikatesse geschenkt bekommen. Gerne wieder

The best place to stay in Georgia!! Giorgi treated us like his family and took excellent care of us. He gave us a bottle of homemade wine and treats. His father drove us to visit a few sights the morning of our departure. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is equipped with a fridge and a sitting area. There is a shared kitchen. We enjoyed drinking the wine in the garden.

Comfortable rooms in excellent location. Giorgi took great care of us and helped us plan our days in Kutaisi. He father drove us to Prometheus and Martvilli canyon. He also helped us communicate when we had some issues. Would definitely recommend this place
