Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτική και σίγουρα δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Κατά την άφιξή μας, προσπάθησαν να μας δώσουν δωμάτιο δύο ατόμων, ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει τρίκλινο. Μετά από 30 λεπτά τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας, αναγνώρισαν πως πρόκειται για "παρεξήγηση" και τελικά μας έδωσαν αυτό που είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει. Η υπεύθυνη του καταλύματος, κάθε φορά που έμπαινε για καθαριότητα, φώναζε επιδεικτικά μπροστά σε μικρά παιδιά ότι είναι "groom service" και όχι καθαρίστρια, (πιστευε οτι ειμαστε οι ιδιοκτήτες, δε ξερω..) δημιουργώντας άσχημη ατμόσφαιρα. Επιπλέον, έβαζε μουσική σε ώρες κοινής ησυχίας, κυρίως το βράδυ, τρομάζοντας τα παιδιά. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν το τελευταίο μας βράδυ, όταν μας άφησε τα μαξιλάρια στο πάτωμα και την ρωτήσαμε για ποιον λογο το εκανε αυτό? και μας είπε ότι "από την αρχή είχαμε ύφος" και ότι "ό,τι πληρώνεις παίρνεις". Το κατάλυμα είχε επίσης συνεχείς διακοπές ρεύματος κυρίως βραδινές ωρες, πολύ θόρυβο από την κοινόχρηστη πισίνα, μικρά μπάνια, σκληρό στρώμα, ενώ η πρόσβαση γίνεται μέσω ενός δύσκολου δρόμου. Το τιμολόγιο ακόμη το περιμένουμε. Γενικά, είναι η πρώτη φορά που αντιμετωπίζουμε τέτοια συμπεριφορά από κατάλυμα και δυστυχώς, δεν θα το προτείναμε.

Quiet and clean beautiful new villa with a lovely pool and beautiful view. Chara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me order taxis when I needed it and was a delight. Very charming place to stay!

Clean

No check in staff, the pool was common and used by the owners and their guests as it was in front of their yard/ veranda where they were lounging. Quite uncomfortable to lie there. No-one appeared for a follow up during the stay

Everything was great and exactly as shown in the provided pictures from the host. Exceptional property, definitely a 10/10.

The place really is as beautiful as on the photos. It’s equipped with many amenities. Everything was tastefully decorated and cleaned spotless. The location was excellent and the view was amazing By car, it’s only a few minutes drive from big supermarkets, cool beach bars, main harbour and picturesque villages. Andreas the host, was also kind and gave us some good recommendations about restaurants and some beaches. The communication worked seamlessly. He’s super quick to reply, almost instantly. We definitely can’t wait to come back!
