Location was easy to find, and the pictures of the property were in fact accurate.

This was, by far, the most disappointing customer service we have experienced. The staff exhibited unwarranted sense of entitlement and several remarks made were both inappropriate and derogatory, specifically by the staff over the phone; such as brining up in question our nationality and where we live, as well as “what was the problem of purchasing bottled water” and stating that this was the only form available of having cold water in the location and that it was in their policy in the email confirmation we received upon booking, please note it does not state this or the fact that ice is not available for your water or for purchasing, but it is for the drinks you purchase at their bar, as per the lady on the phone. After the terrible interaction we did not feel comfortable or welcomed to stay and decide to leave after one of the staff on site stated we will not be charged for this booking. Surprise, surprise , our credit card was charged.

Es handelt sich um ein Boutique Hotel mit vier Zimmern. Super sauber. Tolle Ausstattung mit Hängematten und einem tollen Pool. Das Frühstück ist köstlich. Alle Fragen werden vollständig und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Der Flughafen Shuttle Service wird vom Hotel organisiert und ist ebenfalls top. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls top. Fazit: ein herausragendes Hotel.

Es gibt keine negativen Punkte.
