Spacious apartment walkable to everything in Monopoli! Beds were very comfortable and the shower was really nice. Parking was a huge plus right outside the building. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment. Location was perfect for exploring Monopoli and close to local transport and shops. Great balcony with sea views. Very efficient air conditioning.

The road outside can be noisy

The apartment is really very very spacious. We were accommodated 2 and we didn't even use two rooms. New and clean equipment. Communication very pleasant and helpful with everything. Location on a side street not nice, but it was quiet and peaceful. Close to the sea, also to the center. I recommend this accommodation

The apartment has great potential, we recommend fine-tuning the details and making the large spaces more cozy.

Perfect, just renovated everything brand new. Very big apartment, close to a little beach and short walking distance to the historic center.

The location was excellent as was the size of the apartment - there was no fighting over bedrooms as both were equally big and each had access to the fabulous balcony.

The place was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located—just a short walk from everything we wanted to see and do. Maurizio and Francesca were the kindest and most helpful hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even picking us up from the train station and sharing the best local recommendations. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Thank you a million times—highly recommend to anyone visiting Monopoli!
