Dhavara Boutique Hotel

Met all of our expectations, lovely decor, great staff and nice breakfast.

Everything. This hotel is beautiful the rooms and facility have a 1940s feel. The terrace for each sweet is beautiful. The location is great close to the night markets and so many other attractions The staff was wonderful the young lady, I believe her name is Malory, at the front desk was so helpful and checked us in early as well as help us with directions and getting a cab and making recommendations where to go. On the last day our key card didn’t work but she got it fixed quickly and had maintenance come to replace the batteries to the lock. I highly recommend including their breakfast as your first meal of the day. Again perfect service and great food. I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. I would rate it higher if I could. Thank you.

The only issue, and it is not the properties fault is the construction and the sidewalks. However in about a year this will be solved. They are doing major renovations to this area and building some beautiful new hotels and updating the sidewalks. Once complete this area will be the place to be in Vientiane. I would not let this stop me from visiting this beautiful city.

Really central location but we asked for and were given a quiet room. We were upgraded to a premium suite. After booking, I found it $200 cheaper so rebooked. Very attentive staff who gave us good advice. Lovely old fashioned hotel with solid furniture.

Dinner was poor. No wine! And limited choice, not terrible tasty.

This is a beautiful hotel. The foyer, bar and restaurant are very elegant and the rooms are large and comfortable. Most of all the staff are friendly, kind and very welcoming. I highly recommend this property.
