Exceptionally polite people

Room was by stairs which want mentioned and that was unacceptable since we had mentioned we had a 3 months baby and its bassinet

Bigger room compared to other stays, however, the place is in a industrial part of the town, it is really outdated and need a deep clean starting with the filth carpet and shower curtains.

Dirty and outdated. It's not what you see in the pictures.
