"Great location to visit Cinque Terre"

Very spacious apartment which was great as we were travelling with friends. Great location as could walk to centre and also to the train station so easy access to cinque terre. Also just a minute walk to grocery, bakery and pharmacy.

Bathroom very spacious but could need an updated shower.

The location was good and parking was secure. Armondo was nice, friendly and helpful.

Dishes were still dirty. Should check after dishwasher.

"Fantastic stay in La Spezia!"

It was a close walk to the train station. The owners were fantastic. They answered all of our questions and gave us some tips. They left food and drinks for us which went above and beyond. They were so kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

"Awesome villa"

Owner was very very helpful. Villa is huge with all amenities. Parking was also available. Owner had made sure we didnt need anything, from fruits to water, everything was kept for us. Highly recommended. Location is superb, just 10mins from the spezia station.

"Perfect base to visit Cinque Terre"

Location to train station perfect. Just a seven minute walk. Ideal base from which to visit Cinque Terre. Apartment was nice and clean and loads of room. Very well equipped and Stefano was a great host (together with a little bit of help from his dad!!). Parking was ideal with a nice secure private car park literally outside of the windows of the flat. Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful Place in La Spezia! The Host, Stefano was amazing! He communicated everything to us before we arrived, which made check in very easy! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We so enjoyed meeting your family. Thank you for an amazing stay. I recommend everyone to stay in La Spezia and do a day trip to Cinque Terre. We also rented Mountain bikes and road to Porto Venere...So amazing!

It was perfect!
