A Group Policy applies to bookings for 5 or more rooms. Cancelation fee is equal to the total reservation amount, for cancelations 20 days or less before check-in date. Dinner is served in the buffet restaurant and in-room dining is not provided. To use the free shuttle bus from Sapporo Train Station, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance. The bus departs from the Group Bus area at the North Exit of Sapporo Train Station. Shuttle Bus schedule: From Sapporo Train Station to hotel: departs at 14:30 From hotel to Sapporo Train Station: departs at 10:00 Please note that adult rates are applied to children 3 years and older, and they are included in the guest count.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
