Dinner is served in the buffet restaurant and in-room dining is not provided. To use the free shuttle bus from Sapporo Train Station, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance. The bus departs from the Group Bus area at the North Exit of Sapporo Train Station. Shuttle Bus schedule: From Sapporo Train Station to hotel: departs at 14:30 From hotel to Sapporo Train Station: departs at 10:00 Please note that adult rates are applied to children 3 years and older, and they are included in the guest count.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. "Hard to book the shuttle bus"

The buffet dinner and breakfast are wonderful with a large variety of food. Staff are refilling the food in a very timely manner. The public hot bath is big enough to accommodate a lot of people and no need to wait. Most staff are helpful. The public areas are very well decorated.

I cannot book the free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo station. I asked 2 times in the app but there was no response. I then asked a friend who knows Japanese to call them and check and found that the bus was full. I had to book a car and drive there by myself.

"Great spot to stay in Jozankei Onsen."

The meals were amazing as was the onsen. If travelling by public transport the bus stop is only 50 metres away. Comfortable rooms and a well appointed gift shop. They kindly assisted us to forward our luggage by post as it was cheaper than using Yamato.

The hotel information on the english language wasn't accurate and wasn't the same as the japanese version. I missed the breakfast 15 minutes late because of this. When I told the staff about the information in the English version and asked for something to eat, they said they thrown it all away already.

first time visiting sapporo with my parents. they loved everything about this hotel including the breakfast and dinner.

the only thing that i felt a bit inconvenient was the neighborhood. not that I wasn’t aware, but this is a onsen village and it might be boring for people looking for entertainment or good restaurants

"Quality onsen hotel with unprofessional staff"

The river view from hotel room and onsen quality are both really good.

Hotel restaurant staff and hotel shop staff were rude, impolite and unprofessional. They were unwilling to offer help and spoke rudely to customers. This is not the quality I expect from staff at this hotel and brand.
