L'appartement était facile à trouver. Proche de la gare et de toutes commodités. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville : en moyenne 20 minutes à pied pour chaque site historique. L'hôte, Samuele est très sympa, soucieux du bien-être des locataires. Explications claires et le logement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner qq jours. Literie confortable, linge de lit propre, linges de toilette mis à disposition. Je recommande ce logement pour les familles mais aussi les amis qui voyagent ensemble.

La casa è perfetta per visitare Palermo, a 25 minuti a piedi sei in centro. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort necessari per il soggiorno. Il proprietario è una persona premurosa che si assicura che l'ospite si trovi bene ed è anche tempestivo nel risolvere eventuali problemi, sicuramente la terrò in considerazione anche per viaggi futuri.

L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter à pied, le parking couvert très appréciable. La chambre parentale et la salon sont très agréables.

La cuisine mériterait d'être refaite...

I recently stayed at this apartment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The apartment had no natural daylight, which made it feel dark and unwelcoming. There was a constant unpleasant smell of sewage, and the dishes were poorly cleaned. In the kitchen, there was no hot water available, which made basic tasks inconvenient. The front door was very difficult to unlock, causing frustration every time I came or went. On top of that, the neighbors were extremely noisy, banging and making loud noises throughout the day. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation.

La posizione è ottimale, in 15 minuti a piedi si è nel centro storico di Palermo. La casa per due persona è grande, può ospitare tranquillamente 4 persone. L'arredo è nuovo. Il parcheggio è garantito gratuitamente da Samuele in un parking a pochi metri dall'abitazione che quindi tiene la tua auto al sicuro da qualsiasi problema. Samuele è stato super disponibile quando gli abbiamo chiesto di fornirci un phon perché quello presente ha smesso di funzionare correttamente.

La casa si trova in un palazzo molto vecchio, non nelle migliori condizioni. Il quartiere non sembra il massimo, tuttavia, nella nostra esperienza non c'è mai stata la percezione del pericolo. In generale, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e l'abitazione essendo fornita dei principali comfort è adatta sia a soggiorni brevi che a soggiorni più lunghi.

This was a great place to stay. You are able to park in a parking garage on the same street for free. It was super easy and convenient to use. The hosts were extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Entering the property was a breeze and they even accommodated a late check out for us. The apartment is great, super clean and cozy and the bed is comfortable. Only thing is we couldn’t get the tv to work but wasn’t a big deal at all. The location is fine, about a 10-15 minute walk to attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit but I’ll take easy parking over a closer location any day. Overall awesome and would totally recommend!!

The apartment was clean and the double bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was okay, not too far walking from the center.

The bedroom at night is extremely noisy from the street and the neighbors. You hear the cars non stop and the neighbors talking loud until late, not very nice. Also the apartment is extremely dark, there is no natural light coming in
