USDoris greeted us when we walked in and she was fantastic! She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and made recommendations. The only negative comment was there was a guy (we assume was hired as a 3rd party to observe her & make recommendations) who was rude to her and was talking badly to her when my husband came out of our room. He was out of line!

There was a guy who was observing Doris (perhaps a hired 3rd party) and when my husband came out of our room, he was laying into her about how she wasn't doing well and things she was doing wrong. This guy was completely unprofessional and rude!
