I really loved the privacy that I received,not being bothered. as I am an introvert, I'm not a fan of interaction especially if they're strangers. But I love that they respect your privacy. I also love how clean and well everything was set up,truly welcoming. The almost sound proof walls and peace were an extra for a peaceful night, really makes you not want to leave.

Well the receptionist could be more welcoming and not so grumpy and dull. But I appreciate that he does his job well.
