One of the best hotel in Zirakpur city. Friendly staff, family atmosphere. Recommended to all family's and couples. Safe place for stay. Best part of hotel is it's price. Totally value for money hotel.

This property is clearly not for family or any respected couple. We booked this hotel for 2 nights for 2 rooms. One night went fine. But the rooms have no windows and too cold during winter. We tried to switch on heater in aircon but it didn’t work. 2nd night there were many loud parties going on and since no windows, all the ciggarate smoke came inside our room from other rooms. It was so horrible stay and sheets were not clean at all. Pillows and bedsheets had stains and hair so clearly they weren’t washed and put new one. We asked for fresh ones but got after calling twice and they were also dirty hence didnt ask to change. They only tuck in nicely and keep the door open with fan on until new customers come so that even the bad odour goes. Please provide basic facilities like fresh bedsheets and kettle in room instead of ash trays in room. Even hot water tap was very slow post 11pm on winter night. There were hair in bathroom drain so clearly they didn’t clean bathroom either. Lift was turned off at night. So when we checked out early morning we had to take stairs with all the luggage and elders. Staff is lousy and sleeping when we asked them about lift. If you call them at 7-8am for tea/coffee nobody will pick and they put a board saying no outside food allowed.

Loved the hospitality and additional services such as helping us with cab bookings, bus tickets and more contacts, which serve as such a huge helping hand when travelling to new places. Our trip was full of things going wrong and amongst all that and late arrivals this place was the light at the end of the tunnel!! Definitely will drop in again!

The timings could have been a bit better and their willingness to let us use their premises to party and relax. But it's still understandable.
