I was attending a match at the Etihad and the apartment was in an ideal location. Close to the train station as well to head into the city centre. Secure parking as well.

There was nothing I can fault

Asked owner what bus was best from station. Asher texted me back said he would pick me up. Bonus right away! Very helpful and informative about area. 10mins from accommodation to Etihad walking. Accommodation was excellent, comfy single bed tea coffee. Shower bath, all high quality decorated throughout. Would be a good base to stay longer to explore surrounding areas. Or close to most northern or midlands sporting /music venues.

This is false advertisement. The description says an entire flat with private bathroom, private entrance and the list of amenities implies that you've got the place to yourself. However Asher the host lives there DURING YOUR STAY. So you're actually sleeping in a bedroom in someone's flat, they come and go as they like and the bathroom and the rest of the flat is used by them as well. As a woman travelling alone, that made me incredibly uncomfortable. I was restricted to the room I stayed in and could hear the host comes and goes during the night. For the almost £90 I paid I did not expect to be limited to a small space and in my visits to the bathroom. Had I known this, no chance in the world I'd book it as my basic filter is no shared bathrooms. Nothing against the host personally, that's just false description.

It was comfortable stay and amazing hospitality of owner prepared breakfast, drinks, made me feel home and flexibility of check in and out and even sending to the station when I was leaving. All those were not expected at all before visit. Accessibility to city center is easy, bus station has multiple choice and nearest one is one minute distance and not far to Etihad stadium for manchester city football game watch.

Friendly and flexible host. Lovely place to stay with all the facilities you could need. Clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.

The place was so clean and tidy. I felt like at home. It was cosy and warm. The host was so kind, generous and helpful. Location was great. Bus stop at the corner and train station is just a couple of minutes away. I would stay here again definitely. Would highly recommend it.
