„Nádherný byt s krásným výhledem na město i moře. Všude bylo čisto, ubytování bylo pohodlné a velmi příjemné. Majitelka byla nesmírně milá a ochotná, díky ní jsme si pobyt na Skopelosu opravdu užili. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.“

Beautiful home with amazing views. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Busy street with challenging parking but everything else was wonderful.

The view was definitely a WOW! That was the main reason we picked this place, and it did not disappoint. I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the view. At night, you could hear the live music from the restaurant down the hill. It definitely felt magical! I liked that it had two separate bedrooms and also a living room. Plenty of space for all. Each bedroom and the main living area had beautiful views. The bathroom even has a little window with a beautiful view. You can walk to town thru the little village, which was very nice and convenient. Since you are up high for the view, you do have to walk down steps and inclines to get to the town. But to me, the view was worth it.

We did not like how difficult it was to find. We had great trouble at first because the host said we could walk to the house from the town. Which was true. However, the address in the booking did not take us to the house. It directed us to an area 10 min from the house. The host was gracious enough to come find us walking with our bags along a busier street. I wish we had better communication about definitely taking a taxi the first time you come to the house. I guess she said the taxi would know where the house was, even though there was not a set address for it. She did mention right before we started walking that we should take a taxi, but it was confusing because earlier she said we could walk. We were trying to watch our money by this time of our trip, so we decided to walk. Unfortunately, my husband was struggling with some travel sickness during this ordeal, so that made it more difficult. So I definitely suggest taking a taxi to the house the first time. Then, it was a 10 minute walk to town through the beautiful streets. Much better to do on the way to supper than while carrying suitcases. Lol! You do have to go UP from the town, to get to the beautiful views. So I did get a bit tired walking the steps and inclines. I do have bad knees. So you might want to keep that in mind when booking. If you have bad knees or mobility issues, it would be difficult to walk to town and back (especially because we did it multiple times a day). We did also found the house to be a bit warm. They did have an air conditioner, but it was in the hallway and didn't spread the air around the living space. It wasn't a deal breaker on this house, but it was one of the reasons why I rated it a little lower.
