GBThe property was excellently decorated. All amenities were new and the whole place was immaculate.
The boiler was a bit noisy during the night.

It would have been nice to have been warned about all the workmen outside the windows of the property first thing in the morning. It was a little bit of a shock when opening curtains and using the bathroom! We could hear all they were saying, but more importantly felt a little uncomfortable especially in the bathroom. Had to close the window.

GBGBMy friend was getting married at the Upton Barn and Walled Gardens, so this was an ideal location. What a lovely annex! The hosts have an immense attention to detail, everything had been so well considered. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Communication from the hosts was great too. I think there may have also been more kit (slow cooker, air fryer, etc etc) than I have at home! The bottle of wine, biscoff biscuits and salad dressings were a really nice touch, as were the selection of books for reading and the info folder with absolutely everything you need to know about the local area and facilities. Fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend it.

GBEverything about the apartment was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and tastfully decorated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The living area and large TV were both comfortable and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic sleep. Thanks for the wine and water, much appreciated. We asked for a recommendation for a Chinese takeaway and were told to use the China Orchids and wow what a meal, thanks. Will definitely return but stay longer. Thanks again.

GBEverything was perfect, lovely decor, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Could not fault it at all, Amanda & Gary were very helpful especially as we couldn’t get TV to work prior to the England game, would recommend to anyone travelling to Cornwall or visiting family in the area
