Superbe riad traditionnel au cœur de Fès, calme et plein de charme. Accueil chaleureux, chambres confortables et petit-déjeuner délicieux. Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement .

Le Riad est très beau,le personnel sympa et attentionné.

Le WC de la chambre ne fonctionne pas .

The interior courtyard and room had beautiful tiles and looked very grand and opulent. It is 350 years old with original tiling and design. The rooms were very clean, we stayed for 2 nights. It had ample space (2 pax in a triple room) and had a mini refrigerator. Beds are nice and comfy. The manager, Taha goes the extra mile to escort you to and from transport, and can also arrange for people to bring you around from one point to another. Also shout out to the kitchen staff who kindly helped us with cooking instant noods!

The building's history manifests in its amenities, such as the toilet door being stuck and very difficult to open/close. The area directly outside it may be difficult to navigate if you have a pram or big luggages. However this is also reflected in most of the medina I think. Breakfast was okay, nothing to shout about. Simple bread, tea, jam and butter, set in the beautiful courtyard/restaurant space.

We appreciated the willingness of the staff to help with any questions or issues we had. The food at the restaurant was VERY good (not the cheapest, but good). The rooms were nice and the terrace was lovely.

Staying in the old medina was a bit overwhelming and smelly.

Taha was such a huge..huge help. The rating is 10/10 all for him. I got lost trying to find the riad, he told me to stay put and came to my rescue, and helped with my suitcase. He’s always so prompt and ready to help all the time. When i checked out, he also was so patient in helping me finding a taxi. The riad itself is beautiful and in great location.
