Luxury Penthouse Suite

The two things this property had going for it was that is was spacious and it was relatively close to the beach (900m, 15 min walk). Other than that, the host embellished the listing with ameneties that were non-existent.

Firstly the place was dusty. See my pictures. Dust bunnies under the couch and in every corner. In addition, we were visited by several ROACHES and/or WATER BUGS. I killed several. Host claimed they came in through open windows, but the windows remained closed the entire stay since the A/C was poor. It does not have a fitness room, spa, or pool. It is not beachfront. Elevator is janky and stairs are not suitable for disabled guests. There are no vending machines on the premesis, and breakfast is NOT served in the room (Iguess if you make it yourself then it is). Shoddy renovations, including an extension cord imbedded into the wall making the unit a fire hazard. IDK about the electrical code in Greece, but in the US this would not be legal. This unit is a private apartment that is being rented out as an AIRBnB. There are numerous hotels in the surrounding town for a similar price with far more ameneties. In good faith I cannot reccommend this venue for your stay, unless of course, you have extremely low standards. Is it too much to ask for your accomodations to be clean and bug free?

The home was very dirty , there was cobwebs , dirty floors, under the couch was filthy, we saw 2 roaches in the cabinets. The home was not kept up . Pictures are deceiving . Could have been a great place and probably was at one time. We took pictures of the condition of the home and the roaches. So air conditioning doesn’t adequately cool. I have never wrote a bad review on any place I have stayed but this needed one.

I was in the apartament during a short stay in the beach. It is more than what you could wish in a trip like this. The situation is very easy to access from the beach and the flat is very comfortable and warm. The terrace is amazing and the whole set up is very romantic. I did really enjoy it.

The forniture are a bit old.

Apartment is outdated NO BREAKFAST ALSO NOT TO GO. Haven't seen anybody from the accomodation. After communication with owners about refunding for the charged breakfast and giving account nr. I have receifed nothing and non communication anymore. Said it would be changed without breakfast but it has not been changed yet. Lots of prommises but no deeds. So my final recommandation is don't book this one, Its disapointing.

Το air condition θα χρειαστεί αλλαγή στο μέλλον. Προσωπικά με ενοχλεί αφόρητα το early check out. Οταν είμαι κάπου για εργασία, θέλω να έχω ελευθερία κινήσεων το επόμενο πρωί, όχι να τρέχω να μαζέψω.
