CZThe appartment is within walking distance from the train station in a quiet appartment building. We arrived around 9 pm but communication with the owner was perfect and check-in was fast and smooth. The flat is really spacious and nice. There is a large and decently equipped kitchen and a PAM and a Spar supermarket just about 5 minutes away, so breakfast was easy. On the whole, Venice Home was a good choice.
ROThe apartment is very big. I was traveling with my family ( we have 2 kids) and the apartment was more than enough. The place was clean and tidy. We could find all we needed in the kitchen to prepare the breakfast by our own.
It's too much to say that I didn't like. It is more like improvement sugestions. - The lady waiting for us didn't knew English so we had to use Google translate. Most important communication was done with the owner on watsapp so it was not a big deal.

DEWe booked the property as a one night stop over whilst travelling, but the facilities were so good I felt a bit disappointed that I couldn't stay for longer to enjoy them. The apartment is in a great area with what seemed to be a lot of shops, bars, restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately we didn't get time to explore but I'm sure there is a lot to keep everyone satisfied on longer stays. We found the address easily with the help of Google, but when we couldn't locate the exact building we telephoned the host who answered the call promptly. From the point of booking, the communication was very good and the host was super efficient and organised. She came immediately to find us and show us exactly where to go. There was secure parking (key activated barrier) immediately outside the apartment block. Apartment itself is on the fourth floor of the building, but there is an elevator. The host showed us around the huge apartment, which was light and airy, incredibly spacious with no unnecessary furnishings or clutter (often hosts go overboard with private furnishings). There is a lounge with comfortable sofas and a great TV. A balcony leads off, with a small table and chairs outside. Great in the summer evening to see the area from a height! Two bedrooms, both with one double and a single bed. Super comfortable beds with quality bed linen ensured we had a perfect night's rest. The kitchen is well equipped, with a massive fridge-freezer, kettle, espresso machine. Also a smaller balcony facing the rear. The bathroom at the end of the hall is absolutely super. It feels really private, which for me is really essential (I enjoy my "bathroom time"!). There is a fantastic shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine. The bathroom is spacious and everything worked accordingly. The entire apartment was perfectly clean and refreshing with a high level of care and attention to guest comfort.
