"I got lucky…"

I got a free upgrade as the single room I had booked was already given to someone else before I arrived and the only option available was a huge room. Good breakfast included. Free parking available. Card payment available.

Confusion was there when I arrived with a confirmed booking for a single room which they didn’t have available anymore. They made it appear as if I had made a mistake. Eventually we managed to solve the problem as they still had a bigger room available.
