Beautiful modern home in a great location. Everything you could need & all to a very high spec. Very comfortable indeed. Fantastic views of Lake Tekapo and Mount Cook from the garden

Easy check in, spacious and beautiful house, peaceful neighborhood.

Unfortunately there was a fire ban so unable to use the hot tub which is warmed with fire.

The unit was clean and seemed to be newly built.

When we arrived the room was incredibly hot, the AC was off and all the shades were drawn allowing the sun into all the bedrooms. As soon as we came in we turned on the AC, closed the blinds, and then left to eat dinner as we couldn't stay there with the heat. Even after returning the unit was still uncomfortable. The AC unit is in the living room but doesn't circulate to the bedrooms well. There are no ceiling fans or standing fans. Also, it seems strange that the unit is 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom. Also, the unit advertises it has a hot tub. However, I was setting the hot tub up and was having trouble so I asked the owner a question about it. The owner told me the hot tub can not be used. That was very disappointing because it is advertised as having a hot tub which I was assuming I could use. Furthermore, only 2 large bath towels were supplied which seemed not sufficient. We told the owner we have a baby with us and he needs his own towel. It should include 4 towels.

Spacious and clean, great to have a washer and dryer and the spa when it’s not a fire ban.

No fly screens so bugs inside all the time. Nowhere to hang clothing in cupboards and no where to hang washing to dry if using the washing machine without the dryer. The shower drain did not drain adequately. No free to air TV and no dining table to eat dinner. It felt like the place was not full finished yet. Couldn’t walk to the restaurants in town. No outdoor furniture on the front balcony which would have been a nice place to sit at sunset.
