Καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη,τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης.Ομορφο εσωτερικά.

Είναι αρκετα σκοτεινό καθώς βλέπει σε στοά οικοδομής.Επισης το τραπέζι της κουζίνας είναι λίγο άβολα τοποθετημένο.
