Nice property however I do not like the parking situation and you have to pay to park
We recently stayed here and had some issues during our visit. First, the communication was lacking, response times were slow, and we felt there was a lack of clarity about certain details. it’s a very different experience than what we expected from a traditional hotel stay. The décor was also odd—there were not alive orchids placed around the property. On the positive side, they did provide a pack ‘n play, although the listing mentioned it would be a crib, so that was a little misleading. The location wasn’t ideal for us, it's not in the most convenient area unless, like us, you’re visiting family. Overall, it worked for our purpose, but I wouldn’t recommend this property for someone looking for a true hotel experience. There are definitely areas that could use improvement.

Management and apartment were very nice, comfortable and responsive. Location is less than desirable, a lot of construction in neighborhood, very desolate, feels unsafe. Indoor parking is available at $1/hr but you are not allowed to come in or out.
The accommodations provided were lacking in several essential amenities. There was an insufficient supply of towels, no wash cloths and the kitchen utensils were of a low-budget. Additionally, the absence of a kitchen trash can was notable. The home decor appeared to be limited and inexpensive, including the bedding (very thin). While the location was reasonably satisfactory, accessing the property required a lengthy walk down a corridor from the parking garage. Moreover, I didn't know of the additional parking expenses until we received access information. Parking was $1.00 per hour each day for parking or risk being towed. To enhance our comfort during our stay, we found it necessary to purchase additional items. I would only recommend this property if the management addressed these deficiencies by supplying the necessary items for a more comfortable experience.
