Box for the keys is not working properly. It took 1h and broken nail to get the keys

Clean & kitchen/living area functional. Great shower. No Kettle on arrival which arrived day 4 after emailing staff

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever experienced! To the extent I had to resort to sleeping on the couch downstairs from night two onwards of our stay which was marginally more comfortable than the bed. This was supposed to be a restful holiday intstead we came home sleep deprived because of the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced

The house was beautiful, and well designed. Both showers were very comfortable and had nice shower pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was within easy walking distance to the town center and marina. AC worked very well upstairs and down.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The photos lead you to believe you'll have an outdoor patio, but that is only in the downstairs unit.

Great location, well equipped and easily accessible to us. We would recommend it to anyone going to Cascade.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable for an adult.
