The apartment was beautifully finished and super tasteful

The bed was so uncomfortable we had to get massages. Constant building work going on all around from 8.00-5.00 The kango pneumatic drill was particularly wearing as we had come on holiday to get away from our own building work.

Location is stellar and well renovated / decorated.

Pillows were bad Could be better ventilated

Equipment incomplete. Inexistent attention from property management Co. called PrimeLisbon. On request they would even hang up the phone. Various noisy construction works very close by the property.

One towel for the week. No washing machine. No proper blinds so very bright.

Very comfortable beds, excellent location, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, quiet, stylish, enough towels and pillows, easy check-in and communication.

Really modern and clean. Very spacious and great location….beautifully furnished and great air conditioning.

Not enough towels, second set of keys would be good 😊

Very nice apartment, comfortable, stylish, modern, and spacious. Quite street, but very close to everything - bars, restaurants, beach. Train station and big Auchan are 10-15 minutes walk. Two bedroom apartment is equipped with towels, hairdryer, iron, dishwasher, coffee machine (dolce gusto), kettle. One bedroom apartment has everything the same, except kettle.

Tiny smell of dampness when windows are closed and AC not working. Lack of kettle in one bedroom apartment. Floors wasn't very clean, maybe, because of the reconstruction of the next building. Would be nice if there were curtains, so people on the street don't see what's incide and you don't need to close shutters.

Proximity to town centre, marina & beaches & train station was great

Lack of security, ask any traveller what one of their basic wants is & that would be a feeling of safety..no safe which to me as a seasoned traveller is one of the very basics, comfort is another, the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a concrete slab & the pillows were a joke..I slept my entire stay on the sofa as a result. No privacy, we had to have lights on during daylight as the windows didn't have any blind or curtain but shutters which completely blocked out the light. & as there were renovations ongoing across the street, workmen were constantly looking into our apartment making us feel even more unsafe.. no stopper for sink. Shower in ensuite leaking & no privacy for anyone taking a shower as they can be clearly seen from "the inner courtyard'. Mould and ants in ensuite . Sink design in main bathroom is awful, fills up and dosnt drain properly. After asking for a spare set of keys as there were people doing different things during the day, we were told that this wasnt a problem & they would be furnished the next day....which came & went & neither the next day, to which i sent a reminder message only to be told that you had changed your mind & you were too busy to oblige, this is appauling customer service in our opinion. So to anyone out there don't be fooled by the flash staged pictures, it's not half as nice in reality & not in the slightest bit comfortable or private or safe & way over priced.
