Lemon House

Apt was very big with 2 double bedrooms and large double beds.Safe available free of charge and house appeared very secure. Beds were very comfortable and apt was spotlessly clean.All you could need and more in the kitchen and bathroom. Surrounding area quiet during the night, normal neighborhood noises in the morning of people going to work. A cake shop 2 mins away and a supermarket where you could buy everything, even fish and meat 5 mins walk. Easy free parking on the street in front of the house or next street.All cooking facilities and washing machine.Lady was pleasant and met us to open the door.

Air conditioning units appear very old, unable to change settting and was on full blast .it cooled down the room however it was very noisy.Impossible to sleep without it as temperature in the street was hot and humid and noisy to sleep with it. Lack of communication meant we were waiting to depart and lady did not appear.When sent message said leave key on table and close door. We were not offered any advice on local area or restaurants, but we did not ask either, so maybe our fault.To rate with a 10 I would suggest information on the area and buy new units.We stayed 4 nights.

Easy parking on the street in front of the apartment. Kitchen very well equipped. Gas stove was amazing! Many moka pots to choose from. Pasticceria just a few steps away, with many gluten free options too! Every corner of the apartment is spotlessly clean ♡

Water temperature in the shower turns hot if neighbours use cold water at the same time.

Comfortable, big size apartment, easy parking, quiet area but not too far from the city centre, kind host.

Very clean and comfy, close to shops. All required amenities. Host was very helpful and quick to respond.

The location was close to a pastry shop. There was ample parking and the property was fully equipped with the amenities. The host was helpful. We liked the air-conditioning bedrooms.

Early checking out and lacks in English speaking.

The location is central (close to highway) to visit several sites (interland, beaches of Stintino and Platamonas, Castelsardo, Alghero, historical sites). The house is a good base to move and good value. Good beds. The house is well furnished with kitchen utensils and everything you need. The house is not in Sassari itself, but in a commune close which has some shops.

Super clean, there was all what you need. Just dont forget the keys to apartment😃. Very good bakery - 20 m. Supermarket 200m.
