Jessica was the perfect host, clear and concise instructions for finding the property and then getting in to the property were provided. We arrived to find some delicious Sicilian Canolli had been left in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. The apartment is situated very close to the main shopping / eating street of Agrigento, amongst narrow streets, this really gives the visitor a flavour of life in Italy, with neighbours talking across streets through windows and everyday life happening all around.

Nothing was amiss and even if something had been, I feel certain that a simple contact with Jessica would have seen any issues resolved immediately, she really is a great host.

Located centrally in the old town of Agrigento. Jessica is an excellent communicator.

Bed was comfortable

facilities listed on property as shown on booking.com were not as listed. No satellite TV, a huge water usage problem, mosquitoes being bad with not being able to open windows particularly at early evening, pigeons droppings on balcony n steps and their smell awful, washing machine had a belt problem which host was aware of, and due to water tank capacity in apartment, using washing machine was a once only, so with four adults travelling together was a issue. a lot of stairs n steps. one shower only available, although two bathrooms.

Fantastic apartment and lovely host. Jessica met us at the flat with some local cakes which was a lovely welcome and she took the time to show us where everything was and also gave us a map of Agrigento and marked the flat and some shops/restaurants/patisserie nearby on it. The flat was very clean and comfortable, with a washing machine, tv, hairdryer, air conditioning and lovely open plan kitchen/living room. Agrigento is on a hill so there are a fair number of steps in the town but the property was close enough to the train station and had nice restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Jessica was a perfect host and we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Great location: quiet area, but extremely close to restaurants, cafés etc. The apartment has everything you may need to feel at home and the host was super kind and helpful in every possible way!
