Casa das Fontainhas - Center Lisbon

Die Unterkunft ist zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder per Metro , ganz unkompliziert. Check in und out haben sehr gut geklappt und es gab gute Tipps vom Vermieter zur Stadt und zu Ausflügen . Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Stadturlaub benötigt.

Wir waren zu Dritt, für vier Erwachsene wäre es etwas zu eng gewesen Einige Gegenstände benötigen eine Reparatur ( Wasserkocherdeckel lose , WC-Sitz locker und der Tiefkühlschrank könnte ein Runde Abtauen und Säubern vertragen )

位置非常棒，所有中心区域都可以涵盖到的位置。距离中心商业区，自由大道及海边都只需要数10分钟的步行时间。 房东何塞是一个非常非常好的人，主动到网约车到达的地点等着我们。过程中也给了我们许多旅行中的建议。 可惜房子没有空调，在炎热的夏季，里斯本的温度还是很高，但他准备了两台电风扇。

Super vriendelijke host, heerlijke plek.

Jose was a brilliant host. The apt was spotless and very comfortable. The view is amazing. It’s located in beautiful cobbled stone streets close to beautiful cafes, restaurants & the train station. I would definitely stay again.

Nice bright apartment with a view. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and didn't have all the construction going on that we saw elsewhere. We had everything we needed, and most importantly the mattress was very comfortable. Good neighbors didn't make noise late.

Pillows need replacing (there was one good one and two bad ones). We are not used to separate faucets and kept burning ourselves because the hot is very hot... Not necessarily a bad thing because it does mean a nice hot shower. This might seem strange but the toilet seat is broken and makes a loud noise when you sit and then when you get up!

The flat is very well situated and nicely accesible, however you need to learn the way:) Inside clean and well equipped, with a great view on Martim Moniz, very close to Tram 28 start station as well as to Rossio Square. During the evening quiet, the same during the night. Kitchen has everything you need, so does the bathroom. Definitely a point, where you can choose to stay for your trip in Lisbon!

A cumulation of migrant groups walking around the Martim Moniz square. Eventually the were not disturbing, however bought a decent level of uncertainity in my mind everytime, while returning home. Internet in the flat works perfectly during morning, however in the evening time it experiences recurring breakdowns, which can disturb watching a movie.
