Supposed to be 4 stars on booking, but they couldn't supply an iron. Conflicting information from staff, first we can't find any and then we don't provide any to customers etc just a load of BS until we increased our volume to which we had an iron in 5mins at our door!!!!

*De ontbrekende informatie bij het inchecken over de welnes badkleding dagen en het verblijf zelf. *Het ontbijt was slecht alles was op en ze wilden geen nieuwe broodjes of sappen maken/bijvullen. Bij de tafels toen we binnen kwamen stonden er van de vorige mensen de borden/bekers er nog die werden ook niet weggehaald. *In de douche ontbrak de shampoo en het douchespul.
