Lep, prostran, uredan apartman, na izuzetnoj lokaciji (u blizini je veliki broj prodavnica, centar grada i fakulteti). Ljubazna vlasnica. Apartman je na 4. spratu, lift savršeno radi.

Lokacija je dobra , sadrzalji su na 5-10 minuta hoda.

Laz u oglasu da je parking obezbedjen i besplatan. Sadrzaj u stanu je skroman. Šaloni na prozorima su bili bucni i na najmanji vetar.
