Il kit benvenuto, la comunicazione chiara e cortese con Alfonso, letto molto comodo, posizione ottima sia per girare a piedi che con i mezzi. Per arrivare in appartamento c'è una lunga scalinata ma scalini bassi e tranquillamente percorribili e sopratutto vista bellissima dall'apice
