Apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and all equipment was there. Lovely little place to stay

Water kept going hot and cold whilst showering. Noisey neighbors upstairs doing renovations at 10:45pm, complained to them to stop.

The security guard had to let me in with a bit of clarification as the door code did not work. Aside from that, easy to get the key once inside the complex.

- Most Ideal location > walking distance to high end eateries/nightlife and premium convenience stores - Washer and dryer are a bonus - Constant security and patrolling - Comfy bed - Spacious studio

- Icy cold flat - no heating (Cape Town can get really cold) - Metropolitan city noisy with loud cars and events - My month was marred with the awful sounds of the unit upstairs > all activity is heard through the ceiling and the lack of manners is downright frustrating - 'work uninterrupted' is therefore not applicable - Cookery needs replacing - Shower options are indeed water pressure over heat (but I found an acceptable medium).

We loved the fact that we had close access to the V&A Waterfront.

The Geyser is terribly weak and hot water doesn't do well in the showers

The bathroom was not cleaned correctly. The previous guests facial wash etc was still there. Wifi code not given. The TV did not have any set channels.

Modern. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable

We loved thos accomodation, we glad that we could extend our stay.

Eveything was great.
