- Very close to the city center and all the sightseeing locations. - Apartment has first aid kit. - Comfortable bed.

Staff: - We informed property about the time of the arrival in advance. Staff gave us written entry instructions, but we couldn’t even enter the front door using them. They were suggesting to push the locked door which obviously didn’t help as it was closed. After multiple messages and video calls, one staff member agreed to come to open the door. He promised to be at the place in 15min but we were waiting for him outside in cold and rain in the evening for more than 30min. At 7PM after entering the apartment it turned out it wasn’t cleaned. The staff member apologized, asked the cleaning personnel to come immediately and offered the refund for the first night. We could come back after 9:40PM when we received a message that apartment finally was cleaned. - We haven’t received the promised refund that the staff offered even after 9 days since we left. The messages about it are ignored. Flat: - Apartment is located at the University district which is very loud especially on Saturday night. Right next corner there is a bar which is a big student attraction at night. During weekend it’s impossible to fall asleep before 3AM. You can hear everything even with your tiny windows closed. - Both on weekend and weekdays in the morning at 4-5AM you can hear street sweeper/waste car passing by with a very loud noise that wakes you up immediately from mile away. - Windows in the flat are all facing one wall so it’s very hard to let the air in.

It was so clean and comfortable. The location might be far away from train station but there are many bus for it. It is also close to the restaurants.

New and royal accomodation, very nice and friendly host!

Bed very soft. The location is just outside the main street, would not recommend for woman's alone people hanging around and my girlfriend didn't felt comfortable.
