The hotel was not clean at all. Expecially in the washroom, the water logging happens every single time we used the washroom for any purpose. Even if you use the wash basin, dirty water is directly thrown to the floor

We booked and got a confirmation. When we arrived no one was there. On the telephone we were told, the room was not available, so we got some other room in some small side road which was not close to what we have booked and paid for.

the blanket on the bed was really soft and the air conditioning worked, one of the well priced accommodation on the island

there was cockroaches in the room, cigarette butts under the bed, a small random child opened our door and walked into our room during our stay, shower water was cold, toilet was broken, hard to get a hold of staff
