Die Lage zur Altstadt und zum Meer. Super Internet. Klimaanlage die kühlt und heizt befindet sich in jedem Zimmer. Ebenerdig und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Espressomaschine war gut.

Die Sauberkeit des Schlafsofas,wenn man es aufklappt. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Der Wasserkocher war defekt. Die Propeller der Spülmaschine sind verschmutzt, so dass das Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig sauber wurde. Fehlender Schuhabtreter vor der Eingangstür, gerade bei Regentagen. Haken bzw. Gadrobe zum anhängen der Jacken fehlt.
