Location, location, location… I would rate this property as a “hidden gem” … very nice size room with patio .. incredible views from the westerly facing patio outside my room and the views of the bay from the restaurant overlooking the infinity pool - especially in the evening and the sun is setting. Nice and quiet inside a gated property off of a secondary road so no road noise. Easy access to the lightly traveled roadways allowing for safe walks. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. Location selected for proximity to Liloan-Sibulan ferry over to Dumaguete. Would I stay here again? An enthusiastic “yes!”

Water pressure in the shower was low and the hot water wasn’t much past warm.

The room was great and view amazing. It was for sure worth the money and best hotel in the area but its not crowded at all and doesn't get enough people.

The pool deck honestly, you have to wear shoes around the pool deck becasue its really rough, but the infinity pool and the view really make you not care.

We had a large room with a fantastic view. One evening we saw dolphins from our balcony. Once you got over the peddle beach the snorkelling was really good. Loads of different fish. The pizza was fantastic.

Information of amenities outside the hotel were non existent. A basic information book would have been helpful. e.g. local shops and route to the ferry, access to taxis

Just like the pictures, only better. You can’t beat the view and the hospitality.

Sometimes the food service was a bit slow and underwhelming. But all of the employees were absolutely wonderful.
