V blizkosti do 5 min prve restiky a mnoho dalsich az centrum pri plazi do 15 min.

Ubytko ma uz lepsie casy za sebou, isto potrebovalo dost udrzby od vybavenia cez bazen atd. Cakal som proste aspon o trochu viac. Ale na vyspatie ok, len to uz by lepsie sluzby dal hotel. Terasu a bazen sme vlastne nevyuzili a preto vzdy bravam vilu…..

Great spacious villa with airconditioning in every bedroom.

There are only two bathrooms instead of the mentioned three. There were some minor issues which were quickly resolved by the host. Villa needs some maintenance especially the pool. Poolbeds and some furniture need replacement. I have seen more luxurious villa's in this price range.

Great base for a week of mountain biking in Madeira with friends

The property is very spacious and feels really big, has wonderful kitchen and dining facilities and the rooms were spacious and air conditioned. It's well situated a short walk from cafes and restaurants.

Large spacious property with a beautiful terrace. The host was responsive, provided us with clear instructions for the check in / check out, and accommodated our various asks and helped during our stay .

Entrance to the garage is tricky but we got used to it after couple of times and it wasn’t a problem, and you can also leave one car outside in front of the house.

I liked the location that it was not far from city center and on the other hand a big shopping mall was also accessible. It is of course a big plus to have a swimming pool. So we were happy with apartment. And view from apartment was amazing.

Location was nice and house in general good. Looks super good from the outside. It is a large house with large rooms. In general we enjoyed our stay there. Swimming pool looked nice although it was not possible to use at this time because it was way to cold, would have been nice to have had the option of pool heating. Kitchen had most equipment we needed.

The driveway is a bit tough to drive as it is located in a very steep hill and via a very narrow road. First thing we noticed when we entered the house was that it kind of looked like no one had cleaned it, floors were dirty, sinks were dirty and there were wet rags in the washing machine. Outside area could be so much nicer if it had only been cleaner and more taken care of, but we very consciously tried to not let that bother us. On day 2 we noticed to security cameras which startled us a bit, they appeared not to be on - but just in case we decided to put a bag over them during our stay.

It was really spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the sunny terrace was great. The garage was convenient for parking even for two cars. The check in procedure was smooth.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner.
