The location

I strongly advise against staying here — this is a genuine safety warning, not just a complaint. After 9 PM, there is absolutely no reception or staff on site. No security, no support, no one. If something goes wrong, you are completely on your own. We locked our key card inside our room and spent 3 hours unable to enter because there was nobody to help us. That same night, we got trapped in the elevator — which is extremely old and clearly poorly maintained — for 10 minutes. We kicked the doors, screamed for help, and called the emergency number inside the elevator. No one answered. No one called back. The room cleanliness was mediocre at best. The location is fine, but it does not make up for what is essentially a hotel that leaves its guests without any safety net after hours. Stay somewhere else.

Location right in the middle of town

Entrance was dark and dirty via a covered passageway. The room was very small. On the 3rd night a odd smell, started coming from the bathroom. This was advertised as 4 star accommodation I would put it closer a 1 star. You had to call the receptionist as they were not on-site but nearby. On departure our call was not returned. I cannot recommend this accommodation even though the price is very reasonable.

The room and the bathroom were spotless. Crisp white bed linen was amazing. Will Thank you and I will definitely book again 😊

Tek olumsuz şey banyosu diyebilirim King süit odaya penceresiz neredeyse uçak banyosu kadar küçük banyo koymak nedendir anlayamadık
