lit confo, près de Sirmione, épicerie proche, stationnement proche aussi. très calme. tous les équipements dans la cuisine fonctionnent bien. il fournissent le savons à vaisselle, l’éponge pour laver. air climatisé pas bruyant. wifi va bien.

je n’avais pas de sacs de plastique pour jeter les déchets, mais il fallait que je m’occupe d’aller les jeter. aussi nous avions reçu l’info d’aller chercher nos clés à un autre hôtel, mais cette consigne datait d’il y a 2 ans. L’autre hôtel nous a aidé quand même, mais nous avons perdu du temps avec ça.

It’s surrounded by vineyards and tall trees on all sides, so it’s nicely hidden in greenery. You get there by a gravel road. The host probably owns or rents only this apartment, since a few locals live in the house too. Everything is functional and the bed is comfy. The kitchen setup is basic but works — two pots and pans do the trick. Sheets, towels, the toilet, and the stove are clean, but when you look closer... overall cleanliness could be better. With a bit of effort and a vacuum cleaner, things could look much tidier. The outside is similar — a bit in-between. The locals clearly don’t stress about it, so neither did we — we like it a bit wild anyway. Dogs are welcome, and there are always a few friendly cats hanging around the house too. Check-in and all communication are done remotely, which suited us perfectly.

Approach towards cleanliness, though somehow fits into the whole🙂

Could add to the kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and tidy up the outside.

The accommodation was on the whole clean, but there were some minor shortcomings.

Beautiful renovated farmhouse surrounded by winefields, 5 minutes driving distance to Sirmione. The location is very pretty and peaceful. The outdoor area is nice for children. Easy checkin/checkout process: the contact person is very friendly and on top of things. Free parking in the garden.

The apartment itself is cosy buy the bathroom could be renovated, as well as the bed should be replaced as it's a bit creaky. However, this is just a tip. In general, it's nice, and I would definitely come back.

We appreciated the early check-in. The location seems isolated, but there is a supermarket 5 minutes away and a few restaurants 10 away (walking distance). The place is very small but you have everything you need. WiFi is fast.

The bathroom has serious problems with water coming out of the floor, and it gets super humid during the night. We did pay 21 euros of tourists' tax as requested by the property, but we weren't registered as tourists as the law requires - INTERESTING. We were woken up many times by the very loud boiler in the bathroom going off in the middle of the night. If you don't have a car to move around, it can get pretty uncomfortable.
