I can recommend the Apartment. Neat and tidy, online Support was outstanding. Location in Debrecen very good. It had everything I could wish for. Will come back for sure.

The apartment was in a good location, close to downtown. It was also very well equipped, and had everything we needed. Very good wifi connection. The host was very responsive, they provided clear instructions on check in and check out.

The mattress on the double bed is not very comfortable.

The location was right where I wanted to be in Debrecen, so location was fine. Plenty of parking around, which is good. The apartment is spacey enough for 4, although I was alone. Nice touch with coffee capsules waiting for me over there.

Not much to say about what is not good with the place, but the fact that it is on a second floor and no lift. Maybe it is not suitable for a person with movement issues.

Nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything one would need. Tram station is just in front of the building, allowing easy access to the city if one does not want to use the car.

The apartment has a large space, 2 separate rooms, living room and kitchen/dinning, it was way better than living in a one room hotel for 4 people. Also very well equipped, dishwasher, iron + ironing board, vacuum so we didn’t have to live in the kids breadcrumbs for 4 days, but we could just vacuum as it goes, + washing machine and dryer so we were not arriving home with a full suitcase of laundry. 🙏 Very good location, close to main train station, public transportation, playground, bakery and 24/7 store. We will be for sure coming back! ☺️

Amazing value, tidy (basically immaculate, which is worth highlighting additionally, as such amazing cleanliness in rental apartments is a rarity). Everything in the apartment is new and well-maintained as of summer 2024. Three air conditioners - in every room (the host even cared to switch the aircon on before our check-in, so we would arrive to the pre-cooled premises straight away, which was an extremely nice gesture given the +35°C heat outside). The apartment is really spacious and even has a coffee maker (you need to buy your own capsules, which is fine, of course). You basically have even more sleeping places, as you can also use the wide sofa in the living room if needed. Parking was easy right under the windows (or on any side street just around the corner). There is NO noise from trams at all if you choose to use the aircon and close the windows - so no disturbance at night. Just downstairs, you have a bakery opening at 6AM with fresh buns and coffee, which is also nice. All in all, we found Zsolt's place amazing value for money, and we will definitely book it again if we come to Debrecen.
