La posizione, la stanza, la pulizia della casa, in generale, la disponibilità dell'Host, Vito. La sala comune della cucina è stata una chicca: utile a conoscere gente nuova e stare in compagnia tra un caffè e l'altro. Il cortiletto, sebbene sia in un pozzo luce privato, è perfetto per fumare una sigaretta, stendere i panni o fare colazione con la luce esterna. Silenzioso e confortevole.
