The apartment was new, fresh, and exceptionally clean — it really felt like everything was just recently finished. The warm floors made it cozy and comfortable, and the huge TV was a great touch for relaxing evenings. I especially loved the terrace with nice view that wraps around the apartment — it gives the place a very open and spacious feel. The apartment was pleasantly warm overall, and having a private parking spot was a huge bonus. Definitely appreciated that extra convenience!

The only thing that could use improvement is the bathroom ventilation — it felt there is none. Also, while the apartment is on a nice location and high floor with excellent view, if you open the windows, you can hear street noise. It didn’t bother me too much, but since I prefer total quiet, it was noticeable. For most people, though, it’s probably not an issue.
