The Terrace

We arrived and found that there were no keys in the locker, but the host responded very quickly and helped resolve the situation without delay. The accommodation itself is very spacious, with a beautiful view and a terrace. It has everything you might need and even more, making it very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The location is also good - there is a large shop within walking distance, and it is conveniently close by car to the main road/highway exit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

The only minor downside was that there were renovation works on the balcony, but the host informed us about this in advance, which we appreciated.

Better than the pictures and the view was amazing. It was a part of the experience during our stay at Ponta Delgada. Parking was very easy during non-working hours (because there are offices around). The house is big, clean and very well equipped. Also the hostess is very helpful kind and responsive. Well done !

Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja, darmowe miejsce parkingowe. W apartamencie znajdowały się dwie klimatyzacje oraz pochłaniacz wilgoci. W kuchni toster, co było dużym plusem. Bardzo urokliwe miejsce

W salonie bardzo słychać jeżdżącą windę. Akurat w trakcie naszego pobytu były na tarasie wymieniane płytki, więc mieliśmy nieprzyjemne przeżycia. Co prawda, właściciel obiektu zaproponował nam zwrot środków i uważam to za duży plus, natomiast zmiana noclegu z dnia na dzień wiązała się z dużymi kosztami, więc się nie zdecydowaliśmy. Bardzo duża wilgotność, ale to urok tej wyspy

The position and all the apartment

Rewelacyjne mieszkanie z miejscem w garażu podziemnym. Wszystko super, czysto, dobre wyposażenie, wygodne łóżko. Rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielką. Bajka

Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause :) Besonders ist der Wintergarten mit der tollen Aussicht, den man auch bei derzeit sehr unbeständigem Wetter genießen kann. Auch sonst alles perfekt: Gemütliches Bett, Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck, gut ausgestattete Küche.

L'appartement est proche de l'autoroute, c'est pratique pour partir en excursion. Le centre commercial est en face, nickel pour se ravitailler, même si au niveau fruits on trouve meilleure qualité au marché. Lit confortable et super terrasse. Il y a un grand parc non loin, la vue sur les montagnes est sublime.

Je n'ai pas osé utiliser la place de stationnement, très étroite. Et le stationnement dans la rue est possible mais c'est la guerre pour les places. Les oreillers sont un peu plats. Le centre ville de Ponta Delgada est à une bonne demi heure de marche. Pas un problème pour nous mais cela peut gener certaines personnes

Buenas vistas y ubicación. Había de todo, no echamos nada en falta en la cocina ni en el baño. Muy bien decorado.

El ascensor es un poquito ruidoso, pero no llegaba a ser molesto.
