A very well appointed property very conveniently located.

Some instructions for the TV system would have been appreciated and for the microwave as both were quite sophisticated and we didn’t end up using either. There were two remotes by the TV and we eventually got one to work but kept being asked for codes, eventually giving up when all we could get to work was sky news. Probably not tech savvy enough but neither may others be.

This is a hidden gem in Faro! We absolutely loved staying here, the apartment was just amazing! has everything you need, like a home from home. Great outdoor space which was such a bonus. Location couldn’t get better either, right next to the Marina. Great host, very helpful. We will definitely be back again!

We stayed at Marina Star’s place for a few days while visiting Faro, and it was fantastic. The apartment was super clean and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed and more—steam iron, washing machine, and even small touches like conditioner, olive oil, and cooking spices. The location was super convenient too, with the train and bus stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore nearby cities. We definitely wished we could have stayed longer. If we visit Faro again, Marina Star’s place will be our go-to spot.

Great location - Bus terminal (Vamus.alsa,rede,proximo) just across the road, train station is 800 mtrs away. This modernised property includes everything for comfortable stay Queen size double bed in bedroom with huge wardrobe, foldable ottoman sofa in the living room. Streaming tv channels, wifi, washing machine etc. Spotless and very well maintained.

Just noisy due to bust street with taxis, buses

You literally want for nothing with this apartment. It has all the mod cons you need with automatic shutters, large smart TV and lift access in the building. The bathroom has an LED mirror and face cloths which was much appreciated. Plenty of plates, bowls cups etc. and every utensil you need in the kitchen. Also plastic food tubs for sandwiches. The cleaning cupboard has every product you require in case of mess. Also laundry detergent and powder was provided. Air conditioning was very quiet and despite being above a main road the shutters cancelled most of the outside noise. The wardrobe in the bedroom was massive as well. I really loved the wicker chairs on the balcony - you could put your feet up at night and just read a book. I would recommend this apartment to everyone but elderly travellers in particular may benefit from the accessibility and location. It was only a 20 minute bus journey from Faro airport and is directly across the road from the bus station. It was very easy to get to Algarve shopping centre and you have the Ferry to take you to the beaches. I would book this apartment again for myself and my mother if we return to Faro.

The air-conditioning in the living room was a bit weak. This wasn't a problem as temperatures were still in the low 20s. However it may be a bit uncomfortable in the summer. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was strong though, so you can still sleep well.

Property was perfect. Great amenities and great location.
