There was no breakfast

No breakfast, ac is little broken, no hot water

We like the hotel itself.

They gave us a smoking room and the smell really sticks.

location is really near the airport

the light in the ‘corridor’ in the room was turning on by itself; the mirror in the bathroom had a crack and also a hole in the ceiling

Room size. it looks like the place is being refurbished and to a decent standard. New Furnitures and fixtures in the very large room. Bathroom was clean and also new.

Coffee mug in the room on arrival was not washed properly, and the receptionist did not understand a word of English so communication did not take place very well. No breakfast or room service.

First of all, all of the staff without mentioned were very friendly, helpful, and hospital! Secondly, the house keeping staff she was a very kind and friendly Finally, the room was amazing and brand new, smells very nice, and not forget to mention has plenty of space.

Nothing honestly! Everything was pretty good.

It's a new hotel. Rooms were super large with large windows. The room was clean, fresh bed linens and towels.

Many things are not yet finished: sockets hanging from walls, holes in the ceiling in the bathroom, baseboard absent, TV with no signal and even no remote. Clothes of a previous guest remained in the bathroom on a hook behind the door (I guess accidentally unnoticed).

after a delayed flight arrival we finally got there at like 2am and they said we can’t stay because of issues with electricity. they didn’t message us before we got there so we had to pay our taxi driver to go there anyways

Nothing

There was no cleaning for 3 days. The paper ran out and they didn't give it. The hotel basically has no Wi-Fi. A lot of things are broken.
