"Simple but comfy room"

Seems that this establishment has quite a few rooms. Our room #205 was of retro style and was spacious compared to other budget hotels. It does have a washing machine and single gas stove cooking facility.

Location from Sapporo Station is around 10 to 15 min walk. Away from major shops but it has a couple of small supermarkets within minutes of walk.

"Very good"

The place is very well located some minutes walking from the main station :). The place was clean and had all what you need, including a laundry machine.

Although the place was good we found a bit uncomfortable the bed and pillows, and bathroom was too small (even for me who I small).
