the apartment is clean with a terrace, quite close to the center of Zlatibor, we had no issues parking in front of the building.

i have been sent a message 30 minutes prior to our arrival that it would be a self service l as i didn't have internet on my phone all the time I was wondering why nobody is there to meet us. I have used self service when travelling and to be honest I like it a lot, as you don't need to be precise with your arrival time, but ussually i get the needed instructions at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As i haven't prepaid and didn't know that it would be a self service I didn't have the exact amount prepared. As my agreement with the owner was to pay in Euro there was no place where to make change. Truth be told the difference was 2 euro, but I like to have the option to leave two euro as I am happy with the service rather than because i didn't have an alternative. in the building or in a near by building there was no place to buy coffe from

Everything, good location, complete equipment, easy parking, and smooth communication with the host. The room is very new, and we really enjoyed the stay there.

2 improvements can be made, in terms of information provided to the guests - the temperature managing system is "smart" in the sense that, a central controller on the wall will disconnect the electricity of the several individual heaters when the set temperature is reached. You would find that the individual heater being ON/OFF based on that, but may be confused if you tried to switch ON the heater when the temperature is reached (not possible to get it on because electricity is cut off in this case) - with the key in the lock box, the common practice would be to send the instruction/code to the guests before check-in time. It's smooth in our case when we contact the host at the door, but find it can be improved, even if the host prefer to have a more personal contact, they can still prepare the instruction and send when we arrive, instead of typing messages one by one to do the guide (e.g., we have to wait for the instruction for entering the building, then report back our progress, then wait for the code for getting the key, then report back, then ask for wifi code, etc ...)
