Didn’t have a hairdryer, corkscrew or tin opener

Very nice and cosy with spacious bedrooms, a good amount of towels with handwash in the bathroom, kitchen and downstairs toilet which really helped and was needed and everywhere was nice, tidy and clean, i will definitely be staying here again the next time i go to brum!

I didn't like the fact that it was absolutely freezing cold when me and my family arrived and that the heating took very long to warm up that is my only con about this lovely and amazing property!

The house was recently refurbished and was very clean. The location was great to travel into Birmingham by train and also to drive to Sutton Park which was great for a day out. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. The downstairs toilet/ utility was useful as a second washroom.

The kitchen lacked a few items which would have improved our stay such as a cafetière, teapot, and a peeler. A bit more cutlery would have been helpful to avoid using the dishwasher so much. The lounge diner was very comfortable but could perhaps done with some soft lighting. The mirror in the bathroom was a bit high and the only other mirror was in one of the bedrooms.

Very clean and well presented and a very nice and quiet location and very close to the city centre.

Host was friendly and efficient. Text message came promptly with check in instructions and other helpful information. House was large and extremely clean! Was a pleasure to stay. Will stay here again if in the area!

Great location, modern and clean inside. Lots of nice added touches included in welcome pack. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Host very responsive. Thank you for a great stay
