RWZMZMLocation is quiet, near a defense force base (felt safe), Gated with security, clean and organized, kitchen well stocked, close to a supermarket and other convenience stores, Good road network.
Just that there was electric power load management in the area, therefore, power was out a lot. But the apartment has an invertor which really really covered up for that time.

GBZMZMThe property is in a well-secured neighborhood and is very clean. Despite the serious load shedding in Lusaka, the house had a good power backup system, ensuring we had hot water and lighting throughout our stay.
I didn’t see anything wrong with the property.
